This two storey, 3 bedroom self-contained home is beautifully decorated throughout. Comprising 2 queen beds and 2 single beds it sleeps up to 6 guests in comfort. Includes quality Egyptian cotton linen and air-conditioning in all bedrooms.

The new modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a coffee machine. There’s a full laundry, 2.5 bathrooms, large dining and lounge areas and a 50-inch TV (wi-fi and Netflix).
With private pool, BBQ, outdoor dining and garden area – outside entertaining is well catered for. Also comes with double garage and an adjoining shared pool.

Situated within a gated community this apartment sleeps 6, has great indoor outdoor flow and its own plunge pool for cooling off.
Within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, takeaway and bottle shop, plus resort restaurants that you can make use of too.
Take a leisurely stroll to the end of the street, past the playground and onto four mile beach to watch the sunrise or just relax.
When you enter the main gate you will be met with waterfalls, pools and a truly tropical garden. Enter number 4 and the theme continues. Vin’s apartment is open plan and very welcoming, it has a very comfortable living area plus a choice for dining indoor or out. It is a three bedroom penthouse apartment but can be rented as a one bedroom apartment for those special occasions that you don’t want to share!

It is fully air conditioned and can be found towards the rear of the complex close the beach access pathway.

Come and enjoy the wonderful lagoon style pool or relax in your own rooftop spa.

There is plenty of room for the whole family complete with a fully equipped kitchen and a spiral staircase to your own private rooftop terrace and spa.

You also have access to all the resort facilities including pool, fitness centre and spa.

This penthouse apartment, boasts three stunning bedrooms each fully equipped for your needs. A large family sized fully equipped kitchen and dining area plus a comfortable lounge space to relax. Don’t think you are going to be on top of each other in this apartment far from it there are balconies, terrace areas and roof top decks so getting away from it all is easy. Whilst sitting on the front balcony off the lounge or master bedroom you have a birds eye view of Macrossan St and beyond, this is one of the owners favourite daytime spots for relaxing with a book. For those more energetic head up the internal stairs to the wonderful rooftop facilities on offer just for our guests. Choose between a dip in the pool or be surrounded by the relaxing bubbles in the spa. Speaking of bubbles up stairs you will also find a BBQ are and kitchen complete with fridge to keep the other kind of bubbles cool too. There is nothing quite like dining under the stars in the Tropics and #402 Coconut Grove is the perfect place to make that happen. Don’t take my word for it come and try it for yourself.

Located within easy walking distance to Macrossan St in fact 600 metres will have you at the doorstep of restaurants, shops and supermarket. A further 5 minutes flat walk will have you on the golden sands of the iconic Four Mile Beach, or 10 minutes to the Marina and Brewery. This fully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family apartment also boast open plan fully air conditioned living, dining with outdoor balconies and BBQ facilities.
Jeff and Dianne’s beautiful 3 bedroom apartment has been fully renovated and equipped with everything to ensure you have a great holiday.
The apartment is huge, light and airy with a full kitchen, laundry, three balconies and convenient parking.
Situated in a small complex of five my unit is situated upstairs with views over the pool and surrounded by tropical palm trees
The apartment has three bedrooms two with queen beds, 1 double, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and oven. A large couch in the living area and a full size dining table to fit the family. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, plus the enclosed entrance way to the unit has its own has a great clothes line. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The apartment has one parking space however there is ample street parking right outside the complex.
